This sterling silver bracelet can be adjusted from 7 1/4 up to 8 1/4.  It has a n extension in the chain that you can either make the bracelet longer to fit your wrist or have a cute dangle.   I have an average size wrist and 7 1/4 fits me just fine.  If you need the bracelet made smaller, for a young lady, just email me and I can custom make it to fit a smaller wrist.
