Morganite is a pink colored beryl and in the same gem family as Emerald and Aquamarine. This Morganite does have a fingerprint type inclusion inside it, looks like a fine spray of stars. The dark spots in the picture are a reflection from the camera lens. Custom faceted by Ron.

Morganite was named in honor of an avid customer of Tiffany's, John Pierpont Morgan, Tiffany's enthusiastically promoted Morganite.
